If you run this geyser for more than 5 minutes, it stops working, then you will have to call a technician and this problem will arise again and again. Do not buy any product of Crompton.Please do not buy this product, the minute I had purchased within 15 Days, it stopped giving hot water, so we called the technician and he fixed it, then again same thing repeated every 15 days, the technician kept coming and fixing it (which seemed to be only temporarily) and last week he came home and asked us to change the thermostat as that might be the core reason. Didn’t work again, ended up getting no hot water. Finally now we had enough of calling the technician 6 times in 4 months and still ended up not being satisfied. It must be a defective piece for sure. I usually don’t write reviews but this was important. Do not waste money!!!
